Washington, March 24 - The text of the agreements reached at the Crimea (Yalta) Conference between President Roosevelt, Prime Minister Churchill and Generalissimo Stalin, as released by the State Department today, follows: PROTOCOL OF PROCEEDINGS OF CRIMEA CONFERENCE The Crimea Conference of the heads of the Governments of the United States of America, the United Kingdom, and the Union of Soviet Socialist Republics, which took place from Feb. 4 to 11, came to the following conclusions: I. WORLD ORGANIZATION It was decided: 1. That a United Nations conference on the proposed world organization should be summoned for Wednesday, 25 April, 1945, and should be held in the United States of America. 2. No regime soviético os textos panfletários escritos por "jornalistas" ao serviço da propaganda soviética eram quase uma "tradição". Essa tradição foi iniciada durante a revolução bolchevique de Outubro/Novembro de 1917. Essa forma de propaganda foi aplicada também nas situações de guerras coloniais e movimentos pela autodeterminação em diferentes regiões. Existiam também os agentes noticiosos dos regimes coloniais. Por regra mais formais e mais distantes do sentimento popular o que lhes retirava eficácia. A guerra de ideias pelos corações e mentes das populações era claramente mais profissional e evoluída do lado dos movimentos idependentistas. The Government of the Union of Soviet Socialistic Republics and His Majesty's Government in the United Kingdom have concluded the present agreement and declare as follows:- (1) The two Governments mutually undertake to render each other assistance and support of all kinds in the present war against Hitlerite Germany. A frase é de Epictetus e vem a propósito de uma opinião que foi lançada neste 1º de Maio de 2012. Na década de noventa do século passado, Tomás Borge em conversa com Castro, afirmava que em Cuba existia uma permanente ressurreição da estética e de boa literatura. Ressurreição foi uma palavra estranha na boca de quem a proferiu mas reconhecemos que têm existido muitos homens e mulheres, não-ressuscitados, que se têm destacado nas massas trabalhadoras com contributos intelectuais, sociais e políticos relevantes. Também foram alguns os que o fizeram através da capacidade retórica e oratória precisamente para exprimirem opiniões que muitas vezes transcenderam a consciência individual ou nacional.
